Shipping/Delivery
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12:00 pm PST will be processed and shipped that day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Order processing will not take place on major US holidays (Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day).
All items in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours on FedEx or UPS ground. Backorder items will be notified to you the customer and can take up to 3-6 weeks to ship out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please contact us directly at [email protected] including Canada and US Virgin Islands. International customers are fully responsible for all customs and duties as a result of their order and shipment.
Shi Golf is not responsible for any missing or stolen packages. Shipping tracking number is provided with order confirmation. You may submit and request for a claim number with the shipping company.

Taxes
All orders shipped in the state of Washington will be charged the current sales tax rate of 9.5%.
Return Policy
If you find yourself unhappy with a purchase you’ve made, we will be glad to give you an exchange or refund within 14 days of package receipt.
Acceptable returns/exchanges are items that have not been used, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. Merchandise must be in original condition. All tags must remain attached.
Email us at [email protected] before sending back your merchandise for confirmation number. After you have received your confirmation number, send back the merchandise with your original invoice.
Your approved return/exchange will not be processed until we have received your original order.
If the item was purchased at a different store, you can only return back to the same store purchased.

Canceling/Modifying an Order
Once your order has been submitted any modifications or cancellations must be made prior to the order being processed and shipped. Please email [email protected] for any change requests.
